Failure to follow these terms results in blacklist from my services. please read carefully as commissioning me means you agree to these terms!
When you commission me for artwork, or a 3d model, you have automatically personal usage rights.
this means that you can do things like: edit, reupload, basically whatever you want as long as its not monetized. (artwork used as a profile photo, even on a monetized account DOES count as personal use though.)
You have to be at least 18 years old to commission me, although, i will only request ID verification for NSFW pieces (outlined more in general terms)
When you commission me for artwork, or a 3d model, if an additional fee is paid, you can use the artwork for monetized and commercial usage such as:
100% of payment for any work from me is required for me to start, IF the artwork or 3d model costs less than $100, otherwise, we can work out a payment plan of 2-4 parts. all costs will be calculated and totaled for you
payment will be required before i work on the next part of a project, (i.e if i finish part 1, part 2 will need to be paid for before i continue work, and deadlines will be for each part of a project.)
payment plans are NOT avalible for rush fee jobs!
A rush can be requested, if a fee of 75% total price is paid, and work may still take 1-2 weeks to complete, but you get top of queue priority, and i will complete your artwork as quick as i can. THIS OPTION IS NOT AVALIBLE FOR 3D MODELS
If you are a current Washington State resident, due to WA being in my nexus, i have to charge sales tax on any residents that live here. please be ready to provide your City and Zip code (this is not optional! if you dont want to pay taxes, please work with another artist)
Burden of paying payment processor fees falls on you, the client. if you cannot pay these, please do not work with me. fees may be upwards of 2% of total price.
If you agree to these terms, and go through with commissioning me, here are your rights, what you will receive, as well as extra information & guidelines.
IF YOU COMMISSION ME FOR AN ILLUTRATION; you get 2 free changes that arent errors on my part, (i.e, incorrect colors, missing details on outfits, and more) those changes are free, and can be made until the drawing matches your character.
Illustraiton commissions will typically take between 1-6 weeks; depending on the scope of the project, it may take longer than 6 weeks.
When Artwork is finished... you will receive the highest quality upload i can give you of the artwork, including watermarkless, and backgroundless (if applicable) versions of the drawing, as well as a compressed version you can post if needed. unless otherwise requested, i will post completed commissions whenever i have a public social media avalible to do so on.
IF YOU COMMISSION ME FOR A 3D MODEL/VRC AVATAR; I will communicate with you during major steps of the process, like the base mesh being completed, texturing first pass being finished, and etc, there is no charge on changes unless i have already completely finished something (like i finish the base mesh, including the outfit, and you want to change the outfit to something completely different.)
When a 3d model/vrc avatar is completed... you will receive the .blend, .fbx, and the .unitypackage, as well as any texture files, and a PDF with a tutorial on uploadig the avatar. you may edit the model to your liking after i finish the work for you, and redistribute it to whoever you please, just follow the general use guidelines.
IF YOU ARE COMMISSIONING NSFW ARTWORK FROM ME; please be ready to provide your ID if needed, and to follow instructions provided to you. i do not want to provide these types of services to minors, and if i have reason to suspect you are a minor, i may request to see identification.
after i verify your age, i will keep it marked down you verified so you wont have to again, i do not personally store any personally identifying information beside the fact you verified.
if you are not comfortable providing ID, please find another artist to work with.
